Non-refundable deposit required to book an appointment. Deposit applies as payment towards your service. At least 48 hour notice must be given to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Deposit may be reused to schedule a new appointment within 30 days of original appointment. No call/no shows will be charged 50% of remaining balance. Please communicate if you’re running late! After 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or you service may be modified but still charged the scheduled appointment's price. SICK POLICY: A mask is currently not required but please wear one if you have a cough, allergies, etc, or if you have been exposed to someone who is sick. If you are actively sick or are in the beginning stages of getting sick, please communicate with enough notice so your appointment may be rescheduled with the same deposit. If you arrive to your appointment sick, your appointment will be cancelled and deemed as a "No Call, No Show" and charged accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and we hope to pamper you soon!
